上海甄准生物提供麦芽淀粉酶检测试剂盒，比色法（ 400nm ）测定谷物、麦芽、食品、饮料和发酵产品中的 α - 淀粉酶和 Beta- 淀粉酶。

原理：

(1)  α - 淀粉酶检测利用“ Ceralpha ”   方法

(2) Beta- 淀粉酶检测利用   “ Betamyl-3 ”   方法

反应时间：

~ 20 min (Ceralpha  方法 )

~ 10 min (Betamyl-3  方法 )

检测限： 0.05 U/mL

适用样品： 面粉、麦芽、发酵液和其他原料
