单分散稀土荧光微球是将稀土配合物键合到聚苯乙烯或二氧化硅微球表面制备而成。与传统的有机荧光染料相比，稀土荧光微球具有荧光寿命长，Stokes位移大，激发谱带宽，发射峰尖锐，本底低等特点，在时间分辨免疫荧光分析、生物传感、芯片分析等领域中具有独特地应用。
