分光光度法杂散光标准液—上海甄准
杂散光是紫外可见分光光度计非常重要的关键技术指标。它是紫外可见分光光度计分析误差的主要来源，它直接限制被分析测试样品浓度的上限。当一台紫外可见分光光度计的杂散光一定时，被分析的试样浓度越大，其分析误差就越大。ASTM认为：“杂散光可能是光谱测量中主要误差的来源。尤其对高浓度的分析测试时，杂散光更加重要”。有文献报道，在紫外可见光区的吸收光谱分析中，若仪器有1%的杂散光，则对A为2.0的样品测试时，会引起2%的分析误差。
因此，认真研究杂散光，以便减少或降低杂散光对光谱分析的影响，是光谱仪器研制者和使用者们必须高度重视的问题。
